Menoufia University directs an integrated convoy to Shama, one of the villages of the Presidential Initiative

The President of the University affirmed that Egypt is witnessing this period under its political leadership a new era with advanced thinking that works and implements unprecedented national projects, and the launch of important national initiatives that will achieve a huge leap at all levels, and among these initiatives a decent life for the development of Egyptian villages, and 103 billion pounds have been allocated to develop and provide them. All health and educational facilities and services, as well as sports and cultural activities. Mubarak added that the university is always striving to play its societal role and participate in the implementation of all national initiatives and has developed a complete plan of action to effectively contribute to this important initiative, including organizing integrated convoys for all villages of the Decent Life initiative to provide medical and therapeutic services to the people in addition to making them aware of the achievements and the services provided by the initiative. For them to be partners in preserving the achievements that will be made in the villages, stressing the importance of the solidarity and cooperation of all state institutions and agencies and civil society institutions to implement this national initiative. The President and Vice-Presidents of the University, Dr. Nancy Asaad for Education and Students, Dr. Abdel-Rahman Al-Bagouri for Community Service and Environmental Development, the supervisor of organizing the caravan, and a delegation from the Coordinators of the Decent Life Initiative in Menoufia inspected the activities of the caravan this morning, which included medical, veterinary and educational specialties and witnessed a large turnout from the people of the village. Literacy is part of the educational caravan activities that will continue in every village for a period of three months to eradicate illiteracy and educate adults. The caravan activities were also attended by Dr. Sobhi Sharaf, Dean of Education, Dr. Mahmoud Qoura, Dean of Medicine, Dr. Ahmed Al-Fayoumi, Dean of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. El-Sayed Mostafa, Vice-Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine for Community Service Affairs, Dr. Abdel-Rahman El-Sebaei, Deputy of Medicine for Community Service and Environmental Development, Accountant Jalal Abdel Salam, Head The central administration of the university president's office, Dr. Mohamed Shaheen, director general of youth welfare, Alaa Fathy, director general of community service affairs and environmental development, and Mahmoud al-Khabaz, head of the university students ’union and members of the union, and they were received by the village mayor. The university president thanked everyone who contributed to organizing and participating in the caravan, and for the youth welfare at the university for organizing the caravan in cooperation with the community service and environmental development sector, and special thanks to the students present in the caravan and their participation in various community activities.
