Under the auspices of Dr. Moawad Mohammed Al Kholi , head of Menoufia University the Community Service Society at the University organized in collaboration with Workers syndicate in special education,  Menoufia a charity ceremony for people with special needs,  tomorrow 25 /2/2015 at the Conference Hall of the General Administration of the University , and Dr. Hisham Abdel Basset Younis,  governor of  Menoufia, and  number of executive and local leaders and a group of faculty members of the university will witness the ceremony ,  and will include some artistic paragraphs for children, a number of civil societies that mandated by people with special needs will also participate in the ceremony include : Al Basma Association for the rehabilitation and training for people with special needs and their families in Menoufia and a number of schools of intellectual education in the governorate and Resala Charity Association the Blind Association.
