(3) CONSULTANCIES :

 

  He conducted, as a team-head or team member, tens of consultations related to strategic planning, organization structures , marketing , customer care , and others. These consultations were undertaken in England , Egypt , Oman , Kuwait , The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia , and Yemen .

 

 

(4) TRAINING :

 

Twenty years experience in training in different areas in management and marketing.  He has designed, and carried out so many training programs in developing the managerial, marketing, selling, and logistics skills inside and outside Egypt (Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Arab Emirate, Oman, Jordan, Yemen, Qatar, Sudan, Libya, and Turkey). These training programs have been executed in various pubic and private sectors, including commercial, specialized and Islamic banks, Airways corporations, oil companies, civil service foundations, governmental agencies, charity associations, cooperative associations, chambers of commerce and industry, Al-Ahram (MARK), universities & educational institutions, and commercial and industrial companies. In addition, he has contributed significantly in designing and carrying out the required managerial programs for IPMA in Egypt for Management and Engineering Development Co. (EMEND). Finally, he has contributed to a large extent in the managerial training programs of both the Faculty and Leadership Development Project (FLDP), and Quality Assurance & Accreditation Project (QAAP) in Egypt.
