Menoufia University Launches a Medical Convoy to Wadi El Natrun

 

The Convoy Department at the sector organized an integrated medical Convoy in collaboration with Faculty of Medicine , National Liver Institute ,faculties of Veterinary Medicine and Nursing under the Auspices of the University President Pof, Dr. Meawad Al Kholy to the Charity Association In Wadi El Natrun, which is a remote area of Beheira Governorate, said Prof, Dr. the Vice President for Community Sevice and Environmental Development.

With the participation of doctors from Faculty of Medicine and National liver institute who  checked up  200 patients, mostly children and the elderly people .

As the participants of Faculty members at the Faculty of Nursing start with  educating people of the dangers of liver disease and symptoms of infection and prevention methods , treatment and how to keep liver safe.

On the other hand, faculty members at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine reviewed the  common diseases between man , birds and animals and how to prevent them and how to immunize animals and birds of the most dangerous diseases which  causes  great economic loss.

The convoy was attended by Dr. Hisham Abo Gabal “liver” , Dr. Omnia Zidan “Internal Medicine ”, Dr. Sanaa Mansour “Pediatrics ”, Dr./ Ali Fahmy “orthopedics ”, Dr.Mahmoud Abd El-Hakim “Otolaryngology ” , Dr. Om El-Hana Kamil “Nursing”, Dr. Ahmed Magdy Ghonim “Veterinary Medicine”, Dr. Hoda Hassan “Veterinary Medicine”.
