15 scientific Lecture discussed by the Annual Conference of Internal Medicine at Faculty of Medicine.

The Annual Conference of Internal Medicine department and Diabetes Unit  at Faculty of Medicine discusses 15 research and scientific lecture dealt with the new in the treatment of diabetes and complications on various body organs, Dr. Nabil El-Kafrawi, head of the Diabetes unit at Faculty of Medicine  and member of the National Committee of Diabetes , pointed out that the conference will discuss through 15 scientific sessions and 15 lectures on the treatment of diabetes in 2017 and intestinal bacteria and its relation to diabetes and Renal dysfunction and renal infiltration to predict heart disease and endocrine contribution to bacterial poisoning. The conference also discusses immunity, peripheral neuropathy, diabetes, the relationship between diabetes and bone health, and the relationship between diabetes and bone health. The head of the conference emphasized that there are two new drugs to treat diabetes and its complications, one of which works through the kidneys and other works to protect the heart from seizures and heart attack, pointing out that the early detection of diabetes in the first 5 years reduces many complications and explained that since the opening of a clinic to treat complications of diabetes at university hospitals receive patients daily Monday and Wednesday in addition to the Diabetes Foot Unit in collaboration with the vascular unit and surgery
