Under the patronage of Dr. Moawad Mohammed Al-Khouli, President of Menoufia University and under the supervision of Dr. Abdulrahman Qarman, Vice President of the University for Community Services and Environmental Development Affairs, the convoy department organized a convoy from the Faculty of Home Economics visits during it the red crescent association in the city of Shebin El Koum.
The participants in the convoy stressed that the period of examinations is always a difficult period in any home and many parents are not good at dealing with children during this period, which may lead to the exposure of children to stress at the beginning of the exams and starts with pressure from each of the parents with children, especially in Adolescence.
Participants in the convoy also added that at the beginning of any exams period, many parents want the children to sit as long as possible to study until they achieve the highest scores and achieve their dreams. The intensity of nervous tension may lead to disturbances of food, sleep and mood swings.
At the end of the convoy, members of the participating faculty put forward a treatment to eliminate tension in this difficult period, including the removal of children from any source of dispersion and children get enough sleep and provide healthy and nutritious meals for children during the study period. This healthy food includes fresh fruits and vegetables and reducing Of ready-made foods because they contain lots of fat.
