Menoufia University celebrates World Day of Nursing

The University celebrated today the World Day of Nursing with the participation of the Nursing Association of Menoufia in the presence of Dr. Abdul Rahman Qarman, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development and Dr. Inas Kassem, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing at the University.
In his speech, Qaraman stressed on the importance of the profession of nursing and that they are the angels of mercy on the ground, advising them to be patient, honest and to revive conscience in practicing the profession because of the humanitarian meanings and responsibility.
On the sidelines of the ceremony, the Nursing Union honored and delivered the shield of the union to Dr. Moawad Al-Khouli which was received by Dr. Abdul Rahman Qorman on his behalf
Dr. Hussein Nada, Dr. Hana Sorour, Dr. Inas Kassem, Dr. Kawthar Mahmood, Captain of Nursing, honored her on behalf of Fatima Hassib and honored the Syndicate of Ideal Nurses at the governorate level in the Directorate of Health Affairs.
Zainab Abdel Mohsen, Director of Health Nursing at the Directorate of Health Affairs, stated that the maximum number of nurses per day is 12 hours. The staff is accredited to all nurses regardless of the leave and the assessment will be based on the number of actual working days.
