In a  preparation for the 11^th Universities Youth weak, Dr. Mewad El Kholy, the rector met with journalists and reporters from different electronic sites and Radio and TV. With the participation of Dr. Adel Mubarak , Vice President for Education and Student Affairs , Dr. Osama Madany , Dean of Faculty of Arts , and Media Adviser to the rector , Mr. Acram Abdul Daiem, General Secretary of the University, and accountant , Galal Abdul Salam. The rector reviewed the university readiness to receive and host the 11^th universities youth week from 9 to 14 September. More than 5 thousand students represent 26 university participate in the conference. In the same context the rector said that organizing committees have been formed to receive delegations . the week this year came under the slogan “ our Youth our Future” because youth are the hope and to build the future of the country and will spread the idea that Egypt is the land of peace . Dr. Meawad, pointed out that the university is keen on organizing the week in an Excellent way by committing to regulations of the organizers and the opening ceremony of the week that includes distinguished shows. The week is under the auspices of  Mr. president Abdulfattah Alsisi . A carnival will be held in which all the participating teams will be roaming all the streets of the province in addition to coordination and cooperation with the province and the development of advertisements in the streets of the province. The booklet contains the most important information about the province and the university and the tables of activities to be a guide for delegations and media professionals.
