Prof, Dr. Meawad Al Kholy , the Rector , and  Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, and Dr. Ahmed Gamal, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, honored the directors of the former university hospitals for their efforts in serving the university hospitals: Dr. Ahmed Amer Khamis, Dr. Mohammed Marzouq Abdul Maksoud, Assistant Professor of Urology and former Specialist Hospital Director, Dr. Muharram Abdul Samieh Abdul Shaheed, Assistant Professor of General Surgery and Director of the Emergency Hospital and Dr. Inas Abu Bakr Khouli , Assistant Professor of Oncology and former  Director of the Oncology Hospital.
This came during a meeting of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals under the chairmanship of Dr. Ahmed Jamal Al-Deen, Dean of the College and Chairman of the Board of the University Hospitals and in the presence of the heads of the departments of the College and the new Board of Hospitals.
