Dr. Khalid Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Chairman of the Supreme Council of Universities, approved on  the establishment of the Public Service Center at the Faculty of Physical Education, Menoufia University as a special  unit with technical, financial and administrative independence and the adoption of its financial and administrative regulations. That was stated by Dr. Ibrahim Ghareeb , Dean of the Faculty.
