The Board of Directors of the Faculty and Leadership  Development Center met under the chairmanship of Dr. Moawad Al-Khouly, President of Menoufia University, and Dr. Ahmed Al-Qassed, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research and Supervisor of the Center, Dr. Adel Mubarak, Vice President for Education and Students Affairs, Dr. Abdul Rahman Qurman, vice president for community service and  Environment Development and Akram Abdel Dayem, Secretary General of the University, Dr. Gamalat Yousef, Director of the Center, and Alaa Al Jamal, Administrative director . The council members discussed several topics related to training and the number of training hours. The council agreed to hold the first and second training program for the first two and thirty hours of training and it is compulsory and the conditions of receiving the work are free. And training the assistants and transfer their experiences to them at the beginning of their careers.
