The President of Menoufia University explains the reasons for the late completion of the building of the Institute of Nursing

 

Dr. Mouawad Al-Kholy, President of Menoufia University, denied what were published by  some of the social networking sites  that the university neglect the completion the Nursing Institute building that was donated by Haj Shaker Hamouda, and did not fulfill its promises to finish and run the Institute.

He explained that the university addressed the Ministry of Higher Education and Planning with all the images and documents to include the project and give it a code within the planning projects in the current fiscal year to be disbursed whether from the budget of the sixth chapter or from the resources of the self but after painstaking attempts did not agree the Ministry of Planning to include the project this year and the university does not have and cannot spend on any project unless it is among the projects listed by the Ministry of Planning.

He stressed that it is impossible to pay  any amounts this year in this building, but we returned claims to be included in the Institute within the fiscal year 2018/2019, and promised to include it in the plan next year.

Al-Khouly, stressed that the university will spare no efforts in the speedy completion of the Institute once it is included by the Ministry of Planning.
