In the second day of the study .. Vice-President of Menoufia University Dr. Adel Mubarak for Education and student Affairs  and the acting  President of the University and Dr. Ahmed Al-Kassed, vice president  for graduate studies and research , and Dr. Abdul Rahman Qarman, vice president for community service and environmental development at the reception of new students at Faculty of Arts in the presence of Dr. Osama Madani Dean of the faculty and vice deans  and faculty members and students in college.

Mubarak started his speech by welcoming the new students and attendances, and thanking Dr. Moawad Al-Khouli, the former President of the university, for everything he has done to serve the university, stressing to the students that the university always works as a team work for the benefit of students in all sectors and providing all services.
He stressed that the university stage differs from pre-university education, where the student is more free but must be more careful and responsible in the use of this freedom, and is keen to adhere to the first day of school and attend all lectures and practical lessons, and also keen to participate in student activities because It is very important to create personality, to unleash creative energies, to discover talents and to compete in a spirit of sport with peers both within the university and with other universities.
