Dr. Ahmed Al-kased, Vice President of Menoufia University for Postgraduate Studies and Research Affairs emphasized that in light of the decision of the President of the Republic to suspend the study to confront the new Corona virus, the necessary measures were taken and the university’s faculties were addressed to activate  remot  education for graduate students such as undergraduate and bachelors students for the safety of students.

Deans and Vice-Deans of Faculties for Graduate Studies and members of the faculty demanded to communicate with graduate students and transfer lectures via a channel for each department on YouTube, colleges sites and academic email.

Al-Kased said that he will allow the discussion of the theses that occur in a valid formation to be held, and the attendance will be limited to the student, the judging committee, and representatives of the department, taking into account that the attendance be from the members of the department at the lowest possible limits with consideration of transferring the discussion Live via the Internet if necessary and permanently prohibiting the entry of relatives .
