Under the auspices of the University President , Adel Mubarak, the Faculty of Medicine, Menoufia University holds  a meeting to coordinate efforts and achieve complementarity and cooperation between medical service providers in Menoufia Governorate to face Corona virus, headed by Dr. Mahmoud Koura, Dean of the Faculty and Chairman of the University Hospital Board and in the presence of Dr. Nasif Al-Hafnawi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Menoufia, Dr. Abdel Rahman El Sebaei, Vice-Dean of the faculty  for Community Service and Environmental Development, Dr. Samira Ezzat, Deputy of the National Liver Institute for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Majed Abu Al-Khair, Member of Parliament.

During the meeting, the team assigned to the physicians of the Faculty of Medicine and the National Liver Institute at Menoufia University was identified to follow up on cases of monitoring of infected  people with the virus and discussed the vital role of the departments of public health and community medicine and the Department of Family Medicine.

The meeting was also attended by Dr. Rasha Khader, Director of Health Affairs Directorate  in Menoufia, Dr. Omaima Aboul-Fath, Head of the Public Health Department, Dr. Amal Salama, Acting Head of the Department of Family Medicine, Dr. Ahmed Al-Kersh , Director of Emergency  Hospital, Dr. Muhammad Marzouq, Director of the Specialized Hospital and Information Technology Unit, and Dr. Ahmed Saeed Fahim ,Director of Reception.
