Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of Menoufia University, announced the issuance of the Republican Decree appointing Dr. Mahmoud Abdel-Shafi Al-Sheikh, Vice-Dean of the College of Engineering for Community Service and Environmental Development as Dean of the College, directing him to congratulate him, wishing him success in performing his duties.
