Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of Menoufia University, issued a decision appointing Dr. El-Sayed El-Saeed, Assistant Professor of Public Relations and Advertising at the Faculty of Mass Communication, Menoufia University, as the Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development.

It is reported that Dr. El-Sayed El-Saeed held the position of former media advisor to the university president, and worked as a member of expert committees in a number of state institutions from the Leadership Development Center for the government sector, headed by the Council of Ministers, petroleum, water and aviation companies, and worked as a consultant for the National Program for Public Awareness to Rationalize Water Consumption and the project’s media awareness campaign He participated in social welfare programs and community awareness campaigns in the local media sectors and the State Information Service.
