The elections for the Menoufia University Students' Union will be held under the auspices of Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of the University, and Dr. Nancy Asaad, Vice-President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, from 18 November to 2 October.

Where Dr. Muhammad Shaheen, Director General of the General Administration of Youth Welfare, stated that hundreds of students have applied to run for the Student Union elections in the faculties of the university. The preliminary lists were announced last Sunday, and 29 students filed appeals the day before yesterday in the faculties of the university.

The College of Law recorded the highest number of appeals, as the number of appeals reached 9. The appeals submitted in each college were examined yesterday, Tuesday, by the committees formed to examine them in each college.

It is expected that the final lists will be announced today, Wednesday, while the first round elections in the faculties will be held next Sunday.
