SCQAA stems from the university council and it is chaired by the university president. It is formed as follows:-

A maximum of other four members, whether they are external or from the university and who have expertise in the field of quality and development may be nominated by the Committee’s board to join the committee. The directors of the Quality Assurance Units in the university faculties and institutes or the directors of the University Development Projects may be also invited to attend the SCQAA’s meetings and review their accomplishments
