The international, knowledge led advance makes it absolutely necessary for us to prepare ourselves everywhere according to the future perspectives and requirements . With this in mind , we are seeking to uplift the standard of our thinking as well as our training , the matter that requires developing and upgrading our abilities as Faculty and Leaderships in order to be capable of handling with problems, analyzing them , and coming up with ideas for solving them . In addition, we have to firmly root the principle of “ team work “ and be trained on how to make use of the recent technology to reach a strong and effective educational system capable of preparing youth for achieving success and sharing in the 21st Century process
Adoption and application of the concepts and practices of sustainable self-development for the professional abilities in the Egyptian universities and institutions of higher education with the aim of improving the quality of higher education outputs. This will lead to adoption with the contemporary challenges and keeping in line with the accepted rules of the moral and professional conduct of members working in the field of higher education
The general objective of the Center is improving the institutional and
professional abilities of the higher education institutions through
upgrading the academic and leadership skills in these institutions.
More specifically, the FLDP aims at :

Promoting the Faculty’s developmental abilities to enable them improve the
quality of higher education outputs;

Developing self experiences that support the sustainable development of the
Center’s activities and consequently ensure its ability to continue
achieving its mission;
·
Developing and upgrading the administrative skills and abilities of the
academic leadership and the administrative personnel to help them achieve
the targeted change;
·
Disseminating the culture of training and self development among the
teaching staff members and their assistants along with the University
surrounding community. |
