Announces the Fulbright Commission opened the door for the progress of the program of scholarships for graduate students Egyptians for the year 2016/2017, the program aims to provide scholarships or research in the United States for university graduates and candidates for master's degree and doctorate procedure, in all fields and disciplines except medicine and veterinary medicine and dentistry.
