Official announcement will be carried out through all official channels inside the university to committees and scientific departments. University's Web site will disseminate information about the project as well as e-mail messages for all academic staff. Sustainability The hardware purchasing will be supported by dealer guarantee . Training responsibility team will be included in the purchase and a follow internal training will provide next generation for engineers and supporters . Guarantee the practicing and training for the engineers and staff on the up to date IT devices and services. Training will be carried out for developing all man power engineers, responsible for performance, functions and maintenance.
