The approval of the university Council on the  letter of Dr. / Undersecretary for Health Affairs , Menoufia on the necessity on the accompany of a doctor from the hospital to all the critical cases which need to accompany by a doctor and that in the case of  transferring  patients from the inner section only to other hospitals due to lack of sufficient number of doctors.
