Under the auspices of Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of Menoufia University, and under the supervision of Dr. Nadia El-Kady, Dean of the Faculty of Information, Menoufia University, and Dr. El-Sayed El-Saeed, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, the summer activities for students were launched at the faculty. The college also seeks, through these activities, to enhance the students' confidence in themselves, their abilities and capabilities, and work to exploit and invest their energy in a positive way that serves them and their community.
 
A number of first and second year students participated in the activities of the first day in the workshops, which are scheduled to last for 5 days until September 15, 2022.
 
 
Dr. Nadya also held the first meeting of the Crisis and Disaster Management Unit at the college, in the presence of Dr. El-Sayed Al-Saeed, Executive Director of the Crisis and Disaster Unit at the college, Dr. Farid Wagdy, Director of the Crisis and Disaster Unit at the university, Dr. Mohamed Shawky, Director General of the College, and a number of members of the Crisis and Disaster Management Unit team at the college.
 
Where the meeting discussed the formation of the organizational structure of the Crisis and Disaster Management Unit and the committees emanating from it, which is concerned with developing an annual plan for the unit’s activities dealing with practical training in crisis and disaster management, in addition to following up on aspects of the media plan to deal with crises, as well as making a list for the unit, as this unit comes within the integrated system The central unit for crisis management at the university, and it was also agreed to hold a monthly unit meeting to follow up on what has been implemented.

Implementation of occupational safety and health standards within the college through an effective internal system to provide security and safety for employees and college facilities in preparation for the start of the new academic year
 
Dr. Nadya also met with representatives of the Youth Welfare Department and the College Students’ Union to discuss the preparations for the preparation of the camp for the reception of new students for the academic year 2022/2023, which is held annually to receive new students, which aims to congratulate them and provide various aspects of assistance through introductory meetings on the college, its departments, its study system and lecture halls. in college.
