Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of Menoufia University, issued a decision appointing Dr. Sobhi Sharaf, Professor of Education Fundamentals at the Faculty of Education, to act as dean of the faculty until the issuance of the republican decision appointing a dean for the faculty.
