Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of the University of Menoufia, inspected the first semester examination committees in the Faculties of Computers, Information and Artificial Intelligence and the Electronic Testing Center, accompanied by Dr. Hatem Sayed Ahmed, Dean of the Faculty of Computers, Dr. Osama Abdel Raouf, Dean of the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence, and the deputies of the two colleges.

El-Kased also inspected the examination committees at the electronic testing center and inspected the examination committees of the College of Nursing at the center, in the presence of Dr. Nermin Eid, the college’s dean for education and student affairs, Dr. Mona Al-Najjar, and Dr. Maali Al-Maliki.

During his tour, Dr. Ahmed El-Kased reassured that exam performance controls were being adhered to and that all necessary measures were taken to create a suitable climate for students within the committees, to provide them with comfort, safety and support, and to maintain the calm and discipline of the committees.

The President of Menoufia University stressed his keenness to follow up on the regularity of examinations in the colleges and provide a suitable atmosphere for students during the examinations, noting that the first semester examinations have been conducted quietly since their beginning and no obstacles, problems or complaints have been detected.

El-Kased also stressed the need for the presence of specialized academic subject teachers within the committees to answer students’ inquiries and questions, solve any problem that may arise during the exams, and ensure the clarity and quality of the question paper, in addition to ensuring the availability of medical care necessary to deal with any emergency situations.

Dr. Ahmed El-Kased listened to the opinions of a number of students about the exam questions, which contribute to measuring their level of understanding. He explained that the exams come with a system of objective questions, and the application of the technical specifications for the exam paper, which is represented by the comprehensiveness of the exam for all parts of what was taught during the semester, in addition to preparing The questions should be prepared in a way that allows for measuring various and multiple levels of the student’s performance, and that the time allotted for the exam be appropriate to the number of questions, and that the exam paper should include objective questions, while adhering to the Babylon Sheet system in exams that measure the student’s understanding and not its memorization.
