Prof. Ahmed Farag El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, visited the Menoufia Governorate General Office to deliver an official invitation to Major General Ibrahim Abu Leimon, Governor of Menoufia, to participate in the University’s 49th Anniversary celebrations scheduled for Wednesday, 24 December 2025. The University President emphasized the importance of the Governor’s participation in this annual event, which highlights the University’s academic and scientific achievements throughout the year and reflects the spirit of partnership and fruitful cooperation between the University and the Governorate to serve the community and promote comprehensive development in the region.

During the meeting, Prof. El-Kased expressed his sincere gratitude and appreciation to the Governor for his continuous support and fruitful cooperation with Menoufia University, and his consistent keenness to participate in all academic and cultural activities organized by the University. He affirmed that the Governor’s presence and active participation reflect the true spirit of partnership and enhance efforts to provide distinguished education and community service that contribute to achieving Egypt’s sustainable development vision.

In turn, the Governor expressed his pleasure at receiving the invitation and confirmed his commitment to supporting all scientific, cultural, and educational events organized by the University. He praised the University’s pioneering role in serving the local community and raising the educational and academic standards in the Governorate.

The Governor also congratulated Menoufia University on its 49th Anniversary, commending its distinguished achievements in education, scientific research, and community service, and wishing the University continued progress and leadership in its academic and scientific journey.

During the meeting, the University President outlined the anniversary celebration events, which showcase the University’s outstanding journey in education, scientific research, and community service. The celebrations include honoring distinguished faculty members and students, presenting scientific achievements and research projects, and reviewing the significant accomplishments achieved by the University over the year.
