Prof. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, welcomed Major General Ibrahim Abu Limon, Governor of Menoufia, Mr. Mohamed Moussa, Deputy Governor, several current and former university presidents, University Vice Presidents, and a number of security, judicial, and executive leaders from the governorate ahead of the university’s 49th annual anniversary celebration.
