Under the auspices of Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of the University, the Centre for Strategic Studies and the Preparation of Leaders of the University of Menoufia is now conducting a vital course on the role of the State in building a national strategy in all areas and protecting national security.

It is attended by Major General  Hesham  Al-Samahi, Chancellor of the National Defence College of the Nasser Military Academy, who was received by Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Bagouri, Vice-President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development. Dr. Ayman Hafez, Dean of the Agricultural College, Member of the Board of Directors of the Centre, Consultant Tariq Mansour, Adviser and Expert on War Strategies and National Security, and Dr. Ahmed Saqir, Supervisor of the Training Department. Major General  Hesham Al-Samahi spoke about the leading role of the Egyptian State in developing a national strategy aimed at building and reconstructing all areas of the State, explaining the strategic concepts and dimensions of national security and combating corruption. Terrorism of thought and extremism, the role of internal national security in protecting State institutions, the aspirations of the State to build and invest in the vital strategic areas of Sinai, current large national projects and water security issues. Reasons and legal texts are practical cases of accountant Akram Abdel Daim, Secretary-General of the University, as well as the role of legislation and judicial organs in combating the widespread phenomenon of corruption of Chancellor Hossam Hamid Areed, Under-Secretary of State, Legal Adviser to the President of the University of Menoufia, Judicial Adviser to the governorate.
