Menoufia Commerce follows up on training activities for students and graduates participating in the Egyptian system simulation model at Banque Misr

Under the auspices of Prof. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, and within the framework of signing the protocol concluded between Menoufia University and Banque Misr for student training on Egyptian transactions, Prof. Mohamed Wahdan, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce, accompanied by Prof. Ibrahim Abdel Majeed, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Mohamed Saber Hamouda, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, visited and followed up on students and graduates participating in the banking system simulation model at the headquarters of Banque Misr, Shebin El-Kom branch, in order to enhance trainees' participation and develop their capabilities in banking transactions and create job opportunities for the distinguished.

Prof. Ahmed El-Kased, President of the University, praised the training provided by the education, student, community service and environmental development sectors in the colleges to train students and graduates in various specializations and fields and increase opportunities for entrepreneurship and joining the labor market according to the advanced and technological requirements of the local and international labor market, adding that the university is constantly striving to sign specialized training protocols to develop the capabilities of students and graduates and qualify them with practical skills and experiences and acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the banking services industry, the most important of which are banking transactions in Egyptian banks, including Banque Misr, which provides training services and multiple grants for outstanding students to join work within the bank's branches. The President of the University called on the trainees to master the skills included in the training and enhance their skills with direct experiences with the bank's various services.

Prof. Mohamed Wahdan, Dean of the College, also indicated that training at Banque Misr is a program that aims to develop the capabilities and skills of students and prepare them for the labor market in the banking sector. This training also provides an opportunity for students to learn about the basics of working in the bank and acquire the knowledge necessary to understand banking operations, marketing, human resources, finance and banking technology.

During the visit, Prof. Ibrahim Abdel Majeed, the College's Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Mohamed Saber, the College's Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, directed the trainee students to master the practical skills provided by the banking simulation model and benefit from the guidance and direction of the bank's employees and experts in the field of banking services to train them on how to make immediate and future professional decisions in banking transactions, and benefit from the expertise of Banque Misr in the banking services industry and learn about the various work systems and how to deal with customers and manage financial transactions efficiently. The participating students and graduates praised the success of the experiment and called for more similar activities that support graduates and qualify them for the banking and non-banking labor market.
