Monitoring the smooth running of examinations and ensuring the committees are functioning properly. In Postgraduate Studies
Under the patronage of Prof. Dr Ahmed Farag Al-Qasid, President of Menoufia University, Prof. Dr Ghada Ali Hassan, Vice-President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, paid a visit to the Faculty of Education, coinciding with the second-semester examinations, to monitor the smooth running of the examinations and ensure the committees were functioning properly.
During the visit, she inspected the examination boards, observed the smooth running of operations within them, and ensured compliance with all regulations and procedures governing the examination process, thereby guaranteeing a suitable environment for students until the conclusion of the examinations.
The Vice-Chancellor praised the high standards of organisation and discipline she observed, commending the efforts of the Faculty’s administration, academic staff and administrative staff in ensuring the success of the examinations. She emphasised the importance of continuing to develop the postgraduate studies system and improve the services provided to students.
During the visit, a number of important topics were discussed relating to the development of operations and the streamlining of administrative procedures for postgraduate students. The visit also involved examining the main challenges facing day-to-day operations and listening to staff suggestions, whilst emphasising the need to resolve issues swiftly and overcome any obstacles, thereby contributing to improving the quality of services provided and enhancing the efficiency of administrative performance.
At the conclusion of the visit, Prof. Dr Ghada Ali Hassan emphasised that Menoufia University attaches great importance to the development of the postgraduate studies and research system, and is committed to continuous on-site monitoring to ensure the provision of the best educational and administrative services, thereby enhancing the quality of the educational process and realising the university’s vision of excellence and leadership.
