Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of Menoufia University, received the delegation of the sub-committee formed from the "Veterinary Studies Sector Committee" at the Supreme Council of Universities, after the committee's visit to the College of Veterinary Medicine to follow up the quality of the educational process inside the college, and to follow up the preparation for the next academic year.

The committee is headed by Dr. Fathy Farouk, former Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Cairo University. The committee was received by Dr. Ahmed El-Fayoumy, Dean of the Faculty, and Dr. Abdel-Rahman El-Bagouri, Emeritus Professor at the Faculty and Advisor to the President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs.

Mubarak welcomed the members of the committee in the university campus, reviewing the establishment of the College of Veterinary Medicine and the latest equipment in it, and modern laboratories to serve the educational and research process for students to graduate veterinarians capable of competing in the labor market, and to advance livestock and wildlife and preserve public health through programs Distinguished educational and training in the fields of veterinary education, animal health care, scientific research, community service and development in all fields of veterinary medicine.

Mubarak stressed that the monk farm serves the practical application of college students and is equipped with terraces and laboratories to serve the research process, and it has a herd of cattle and sheep of different breeds in order to develop students' skills and abilities for practical life, and to provide scientific research that contributes to providing solutions to develop livestock in a way that serves society and the national economy.

The committee praised what it found in the college and the level of laboratories and auditoriums, stressing that the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Menoufia University, is a distinguished faculty in the field of academic and professional education, the level of infrastructure and technology for the college’s facilities and laboratories, and distinguished cadres of faculty members, the supporting staff and the administration.
