Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of Menoufia University, received Counselor Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Wahab Khafagy, Vice-President of the State Council, before heading to the Faculty of Law to participate in the Judgment and Discussion Committee of the PhD thesis submitted by researcher Naim Abdel-Raouf Zaki entitled: “Legal Logic and its Role in Interpreting the Law”.

Mubarak welcomed the jurist, Counselor Mohamed Khafagy, to the University of Menoufia, and thanked him for accepting the invitation to participate in the arbitration of the doctoral thesis, amid the presence of young judges of the State Council in Menoufia, researchers, scholars and those interested in legal and judicial logic in the interpretation of laws, and its impact on the integrity of the logical construction of judicial rulings.

The committee for discussion and judgment on the thesis consists of Dr. Muhammad Ali Al-Safoury, Emeritus Professor in the Department of Philosophy of Law and its History at the Faculty of Law, Menoufia University “Chairman”, and Dr. Abbas Mabrouk Al-Ghaziri, Head of the Department of Philosophy of Law and its History, and the former Dean of the Faculty of Law, Menoufia University “Supervisor and Member”, and Counselor Dr. Muhammad Abdel-Wahab Khafagy, Vice-President of the State Council, as a debater and member.
