This morning, Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, Dr. Nevin Al-Kabbaj, Minister of Social Solidarity, Major General Ibrahim Abu Laymoun, Governor of Menoufia, and the former governors of Menoufia, Counselor Ashraf Hilal, Dr. Sherine Fawzi, Major General Saeed Abbas, former governors of Menoufia, and Counselor Hafez Abbas, head of the Administrative Prosecution Authority, received this morning. , Muhammad Musa, Deputy Governor, Major General Imad Youssef, General Secretary, and Major General Walid Al-Baili, Assistant General Secretary, and Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Solidarity in the governorate. In the presence of Dr. Shaden Muawiya, President of Sadat University, Dr. Sobhi Sharaf, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, Dr. Hazem Saleh, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Dr. Moawad Al-Khouly, former President of the University and President of New Mansoura University, a group of former University Presidents, and Bishop Benjamin, Bishop of Menoufia.

Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of the University, welcomed the attendees to the university campus, in preparation for the twenty-sixth annual celebration of the “Loyalty and Reward” Day of  Al-Masa’i Almashkura Association, which the university is hosting in the conference hall at Menoufia University. He expressed his happiness at the university hosting the association’s annual celebration, which embodies the highest meanings of loyalty and gratitude and brings together the governorate’s scholars and figures. The outstanding students are from Menoufia and Sadat Universities.

The University President also welcomed the Minister of Social Solidarity to the university, appreciating the Ministry’s role in providing support to university students and what the Ministry provides to care for families in need. He thanked her efforts in allocating 10 million pounds to Menoufia Governorate, including aid and providing job opportunities for economic empowerment projects, as well as launching the “Menoufia Without... “Illiteracy” so that Menoufia Governorate will be illiterate in the near future, stressing that the students of Menoufia University have effectively contributed to eradicating the illiteracy of a large number.

For her part, Dr. Nevin Al-Qabbaj expressed her happiness at her presence at Menoufia University, the beacon of knowledge in the heart of the Delta, and her attendance at such a celebration, which expresses the loyalty of the people of the governorate and their keenness to appreciate her sons among the governorate’s figures and youth.

During the reception, the university president presented her with an artwork by one of the students of the College of Specific Education.
