Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, received Dr. Heba Saleh, Head of the Information Technology Institute (ITI) affiliated with the Ministry of Communications, within the framework of supporting joint cooperation between the two parties and following up on what is provided by the Digital Egypt Innovation Center “Cretiva”, which was established by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology at Menoufia University.

The University President welcomed Dr. Heba Saleh, praising the various training plans provided by the Information Technology Institute (ITI), which focus on building the skills matrix of young people from various specializations and developing technical programs and specializations, to qualify young people to work as independent professionals in the freelance market, stressing that the Egyptian state is moving at a rapid pace. Steady towards the era of digital transformation in implementation of the directions of the political leadership to achieve sustainable development goals on the way to establishing the new republic.

The meeting, in the presence of Dr. Sobhi Sharaf, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Dr. Omnia Nour, Director of the Center in Menoufia, covered a review of the training courses offered by the Center to provide technical training and develop technological skills for university students and graduates, and youth from Menoufia Governorate, and to qualify them in line with the requirements of the local labor market. And the global level in information technology, as well as creating a supportive climate for digital innovation and entrepreneurship.

The meeting concluded with the exchange of the University's shield and the Information Technology Institute's shield in appreciation of the support and cooperation provided by both parties to achieve common goals.
