This morning, Dr. Ahmed El-Kased went to the General Office of Menoufia Governorate to attend the meeting between Major General Ibrahim Abulimon, Governor of Menoufia, and Major General Mohamed Sobhi Muhanna, Director of the Recruitment and Mobilization Department, before heading to the Palace of Culture to attend the ceremony of handing over conscription exemption certificates to people of determination and the elderly, in the presence of Brigadier General Mohamed Moawad, Director. Military Intelligence in Menoufia, Brigadier General Muhammad Abdel Moneim Kabil, Director of the Tanta Recruitment and Mobilization Area, Major General Walid Al-Bili, Assistant Secretary General of the Governorate, Major General Muhammad Abu Shanab, Director of the Military Hospital in the Governorate, and Brigadier Muhammad Jaafar, Military Advisor to the Governorate.

The President of the University extended his greetings and appreciation to Major General Ibrahim Abulimon, Governor of Menoufia, for his full support for the various activities aimed at serving the community in the governorate, especially those related to students with disabilities in various fields, caring for them, encouraging them, and working to overcome the obstacles they face. He also thanked Major General Mohamed Sobhi Muhanna, Director of the Recruitment and Mobilization Department, for his efforts. And the efforts of the Recruitment and Mobilization Department to organize this ceremony to deliver conscription exemption certificates to people of determination, pointing to the visit that was previously made by the Recruitment Department in order to conduct a medical examination on students with special needs and disabilities, and injuries that prevent them from performing military service, in order to reduce the burden on the students.
