Today, Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, received the Quality and Accreditation Committee to evaluate 9 different educational programs at the Faculty of Agriculture. The visit activities will continue until the twenty-second of this February to set quality standards in the programs and discuss the activation of all educational, research and administrative procedures to obtain accreditation, in the presence of Dr. Sobhi Sharaf, Vice President of the University. For community service and environmental development affairs, and Dr. Hazem Saleh, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research.

Dr. Ahmed El-Kased Ali stressed that Menoufia University always seeks to keep pace with innovations in university education by introducing new programs in colleges, including the College of Agriculture, because of the important agricultural and industrial specializations it includes. Pointing out that the university supports the college in all specializations to obtain quality and accreditation and keep pace with the requirements of the labor market by preparing distinguished university graduates in agricultural and industrial specializations and achieving advanced levels in various aspects of comprehensive development and Egypt’s 2030 vision.

The Quality and Accreditation Committee included Dr. Hamed Mohamed Emara, Professor at the Faculty of Specific Education, Damietta University, Head of the Review and Accreditation Team for the Economics and Extension Programs and the Animal Production Programme, Ahmed Suleiman Abdallah, Professor at the Faculty of Science, Cairo University, Head of the Agricultural Engineering, Land, Water, and Plant Production (Crops and Orchards) Team, and Dr. Mustafa Ibrahim Tharwat, Professor at the Faculty of Science. Agriculture, Ain Shams University and head of the review and accreditation team for the insect and biotechnology programs, in the presence of Dr. Ayman Hafez, Dean of the College, Dr. Wafa Zahran, Director of the Quality Assurance Center at the University, Dr. Naglaa Ahmed, Deputy Director of the Quality Assurance Center at the University, Dr. Ahmed Al-Kholy, Vice Dean of the College for Graduate Studies and Research and Supervisor of the Quality Sector at the College, and Dr. Ahmed Abdul Qawi is a professor at the college and director of the Quality Assurance Unit.
