Menoufia University students excel in their artistic performance in the music and choral competitions at the Ibdaa 12 Festival

Under the patronage of Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, the students of the Menoufia University team presented a wonderful performance within the music and choral competitions at the Creativity Festival, Season Twelfth 2024, on the stage of the Ministry of Youth and Sports in Abu Qir, Alexandria, which is held under the patronage of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, and Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of the University


Dr. Ahmed El-Kased stressed the importance of fruitful cooperation between the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Ministry of Youth and Sports to discover students’ multiple talents through sports, artistic, and cultural competitions, adding that the Creativity Festival helps discover the talents of university students in multiple fields, praising the students’ outstanding performance during the festival’s competitions.


The university president added that the university encourages its students to participate in all activities at the university and outside it and encourages talent in all fields out of its belief in the importance of student activities and their role in building students’ balanced and active personalities in society.


The students of Menoufia University presented distinctive artistic performances in group and individual singing, including the song “We will make a better tomorrow, fight against me, my time, and there will be no rest of me,” and a medley from the movie “Something from Fear.”


The technical team is led by Mahmoud Waheed, arranged by Ahmed Abdel Badie, under the supervision of Dr. Mohamed Shaheen, General Director of Student Welfare.


The music and choir jury includes an elite group of senior specialists, the distinguished singer Nadia Mustafa, the maestro Ezz El-Din Taha, and the singer and composer Tariq Fouad.
