Conclusion of the second training program of the training course “Social leadership skills and their importance to the individual and society”
Under the auspices of His Excellency Dr. Nevin El Kabbaj, Minister of Social Solidarity, and Prof. Ahmed El Kased, President of Menoufia University.
Under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Salah Hashem, Advisor to the Ministry of Social Solidarity for Social Policies, and Prof. Dr. Sobhi Sharaf, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, with the cooperation of Prof. Essam Abdel Hafez, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Home Economics, Menoufia University.
The Social Solidarity Unit, in cooperation with the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector and the Family Counseling Center at the College of Home Economics at the university, implemented a training course entitled "Social Leadership Skills and Their Importance for the Individual and Society", based on the role of the Social Solidarity Unit in building the capabilities and skills of students. The training course was implemented over two days. consecutively, Wednesday, 8/23/2023, and Thursday, 8/24/2023. The course aims to train students on the concept of leadership, its types, and its importance to the individual and society, in order to activate the axis of awareness-raising activities.
The first day of the training course dealt with the concept of leadership skills and its types, the objectives of work based on successful leadership for the individual and society. Factors for building a leadership personality in all fields.... The second day dealt with clarifying the difference between leadership and management, factors for building self-confidence, the concept of successful personality among young people.... the concept of social leadership skills, and how the elements of social leadership and teamwork can be strengthened among young people. Present session Over the course of two days, Professor Dr. Jihan Sweid, Professor in the Department of Education and Director of the Family Counseling Center at the Faculty of Home Economics, Menoufia University. It targeted 25 male and female students from various faculties of the university
