Guidelines for oral presentations

• Prepare your presentation slides in Microsoft Power Point TM using Microsoft Windows 7 or higher, and / or Microsoft Office 2010.
• Please bring a copy of your PowerPoint presentation to the event on a CD.
• Presentation slides must include: Title and Authors’ affiliation, Methods, results & discussion, conclusion, and references.
• Use limited text in each slide with the highest contrast between text and background colors.
• Use high resolution graphics, data tables, charts and other image formats.
• Prepare your slides in English language ONLY.
• Avoid adding embedded video or audio. (Contact us if you need to include any video in your presentation).
• Duration of presentation is 15 minutes and 5 minutes for discussion.
