Within the framework of the fruitful cooperation between Menoufia University and the Central Agency for Organization and Administration, the accountant Galal Abdel Salam, Secretary General of the university, announced the acceptance of the nomination of (11) of the employees of the University of Menoufia in the training program “Preparation to occupy leadership positions at the rank of general manager”, which is organized by the Leadership Development Center in the apparatus. Central Organization for Organization and Administration from 6/3/2022 to 3/24/2022 AD.

 

His Excellency stated that the training program is based on several axes, including strategic management, change management, administrative development, restructuring and meeting management, and preventive crisis management, in addition to the insurance rights of government sector workers and leadership skills, management of the innovation system as well as financial authorities in light of regulations and laws .
