The Council reviewed the recommendation of the Board of Agricultural Engineering Department to approve the renewal of the holiday of Mr. Prof. Dr. / Mohamed Abd El-Fattah Abdel-Maksoud, a professor the department, which ended a loan spell at 30/06/2014 University of Sebha in Libya for three months for the second time without pay starting from 10/01/2014 12/31/2014 even so he can return him safe when given the opportunity to return to their homeland as a result of war conditions.
