The faculty council discussed the following topics:
* Preparation for the new academic year 2020/2021 in the hybrid education system
* Selection of Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Kafafi as secretary of the council
* Renewal of joining Eng. Hisham Mohamed Al-Qassas, Director General of Communications in the Middle Delta, to form the College Board for the academic year 2020/2021 as a member from abroad
* Approval of the branching of students of the third year on college departments for the academic year 2020/2021
* The College Board approved the formation of the discussion committee Eng. Manal Essam El Din Abdel Salam Zayed, Department of Computer Science, MA
* The College Board approved the award of academic degrees to both of: -
- Eng. Kariman Mamdouh Mohamed Mabrouk, "Master of Information Technology"
- Eng. Sarah Ezzat Abdel Rasoul, "Master of Information Systems"
- Eng. Shaima Mahmoud Mohamed Ismail, "Master of Computer Science"
* The College Board agreed to extend the study leave for the learner / Ahmed Sami Abdel Rahman, assistant lecturer in the Department of Information Technology in the college, to obtain a doctorate degree at Harbin Institute of Technology in China for a third year.
* The College Board agreed to extend the study leave for the learner / Ibrahim Abdullah Abbas Atwa, Assistant Lecturer, Department of Computer Science, to obtain a PhD at Harbin Institute of Technology in China for a fourth year.
