Arrival of the 'Health Awareness Shield' Train from the National Liver Institute at the National Liver Institute to the Kindergarten of Poet Mahmoud Ghneim School in Malij

The health awareness and education train, led by the National Liver Institute at Menoufia University, arrived at the kindergarten of Poet Mahmoud Ghneim School in Malij, as part of the activities of the comprehensive 'Health Awareness Shield' campaign.

This initiative was launched under the title 'My Food, My Health,' sponsored by Professor Dr. Ahmed Farag Al-Qasid, President of Menoufia University, Professor Dr. Sobhi Sharaf, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Professor Dr. Osama Hegazy, Dean of the National Liver Institute, along with Professor Dr. Hani Abdel Meguid, Deputy Director of the Institute for Community Service and Environmental Development. The train primarily targeted kindergarten children and also welcomed a number of school students, emphasizing the institute's commitment to building a health-conscious generation and promoting infection control practices and improving their level of healthy nutrition.

The awareness station focused on two important and vital areas for children's safety: infection control, where children were taught simple and correct ways to wash their hands and the proper etiquette for sneezing and coughing, while emphasizing the importance of personal hygiene in preventing infectious diseases, and nutrition.
