Dean of the National Liver Institute Congratulates the President of Menoufia University and Its Faculties on the Institutional and Program Accreditation Milestone Coinciding with the Golden Jubilee
Professor Dr. Osama Hegazy, Dean of the National Liver Institute at Menoufia University, extended — on his own behalf and on behalf of the institute’s vice deans, faculty members, teaching assistants, and administrative staff — his sincerest congratulations and best wishes to Professor Dr. Ahmed Farag El-Qassed, President of Menoufia University, on the occasion of the university’s unprecedented historic and strategic achievement in obtaining institutional and program accreditation for a number of its prestigious faculties from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education.
Dr. Hegazy affirmed that this distinguished accomplishment, which coincides with the university’s Golden Jubilee celebration marking its 50th anniversary, is a direct result of the wise vision and ambitious leadership of Professor Dr. Ahmed El-Qassed, who declared this year as the “Year of Quality.” He successfully translated this vision into reality through his continuous follow-up and unlimited support for the university’s Quality Assurance Center and its affiliated units within the faculties, while overcoming all obstacles to achieve this level of institutional and academic excellence.
He also extended his sincere congratulations to the deans of the accredited faculties, praising the exceptional efforts that resulted in the comprehensive institutional accreditation of the Faculties of Engineering, Electronic Engineering, and Agriculture, in addition to the accreditation of a distinguished package of specialized academic programs within these faculties as well as the Faculty of Medicine. He emphasized that this success reflects the spirit of sincere collective teamwork prevailing throughout the university.
In this context, Dr. Hegazy stated:
“We highly appreciate the extraordinary efforts and continuous follow-up of the University President, as well as the pivotal role played by the Quality Assurance Center and all staff members across the faculties. This achievement represents a qualitative leap that strengthens the position of Menoufia University as a leading educational beacon in Egypt and the Middle East.”
He concluded his congratulatory message by expressing his full confidence that this accreditation is not the final destination, but rather a solid foundation from which the university — under the wise leadership of Professor Dr. Ahmed Farag El-Qassed — will move toward broader horizons of international accreditation, leadership in global rankings, and governmental excellence, praying for the university’s continued progress, prosperity, and distinction.
