Dr. Moawad Al Kholy , the head of Menoufia University accompined with Adel Mubarak , vice president of the University for Education and student affairs inspect the election committees of student unions at the faculties of the university to make sure that the process is carried out In a democratic manner.

He also added that that the elections of the 1^{st phase carried out in a democratic atmosphere without any complains or irregularities of the regulations and that the runoff elections will take place today in case of equal votes for candidates. As the elections of secretariats and assistants will take place on Wednesday 18/11/2015 thus the elections of the president and vice president of the faculty union , the election of Secretariat and Assistant Secretaries supreme committees of unions University Students will Then take place on Sunday 21/11 .}

On the other hand Al Khouly, announced the ban of all forms of electoral propaganda within any unit of the university, whether students or faculty or staff members of a total ban, stressing that the university is not a party in that electoral competition either for individuals or lists.
