Under the patronage of Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, the second training camp was opened for scientific teams in the university’s colleges within the second phase of the second student scientific forum at the university. The training camp will be held over the course of two days, Monday and Tuesday, January 29-30, under the supervision of Dr. Mohamed Shaheen, Director General of the General Administration for Student Welfare. .

Dr. Ahmed El-Kased stressed the university’s keenness for university students to practice various student activities and prepare competitive competitions between colleges, including sports, cultural, artistic, social, and scientific activities, pointing out the importance of student activities at the university and its great role in developing students’ personalities and skills, as well as enhancing and developing Many of the scientific and practical skills required to enter the labor market. In addition to developing students' communication skills effectively.

Dr. Ahmed El-Kased pointed out that the training in the camp aims to establish a mechanism for forming the scientific team in each college, forming committees within each team, and introducing students to the topics of the scientific forum and how to participate in it, in addition to providing students with scientific research skills and new life skills.

El-Kased added that the forum includes training for scientific teams and meetings for college supervisors to help them disseminate the forum’s activities to their fellow students in colleges, educate them, and provide them with technical skills that qualify them for the labor market.

This includes the training organized by the Department of Scientific and Technological Activity at the General Administration of Student Welfare, practical training for scientific teams in colleges, importance, application, and planning for the future under the title “A reality we live in and a future we want to achieve,” and the difference between strategic and annual planning.

The training also includes SWOT analysis and its importance, planning for the second scientific forum in colleges, and the role of scientific teams in spreading the culture of scientific research, entrepreneurship, and scientific innovations, and how to form them and their tasks. In addition to organizing an applied workshop and an open symposium with students entitled Positive Thinking and the Future “Change starts from within.”
