He emphasized the importance of integration between medical specialties to achieve significant progress in the fields of diagnosis, treatment, and scientific research, as well as the formation of multidisciplinary treatment teams and the adoption of standardized protocols for diagnosis and treatment. This helps the Oncology Institute provide advanced technologies for diagnosing cancer in its early stages, increases the effectiveness of treatment, improves the chances of recovery, and contributes to the development of new treatments and a deeper understanding of the causes and prevention of cancer.

The University President emphasized that the University Oncology Institute represents a scientific and humanitarian beacon of light, combining advanced treatment, scientific research, and awareness with the goal of reducing the burden of disease and improving treatment outcomes. The presence of such an institute within the university system enhances the university's role not only in education, but also in serving the community and combating one of the most dangerous modern diseases. Therefore, the University is paying great attention to completing all the equipment for the institute and providing it with all necessary support to enable it to become an integrated treatment center and a platform for scientific research and community awareness, as well as to train medical personnel specialized in the field of oncology.
