Prof. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, issued a decision appointing Ms. Hala Saleh Soliman, Director-General of the General Administration of Special Funds and Special Units, to act as Assistant Secretary-General of the University for a period of six months, or until the job announcement is completed.

The University President also emphasized the importance of the administrative apparatus in serving the educational process and the university's work system, emphasizing the importance of continuous development and restructuring to achieve the university's plan and vision to achieve the goals of sustainable development and Egypt Vision 2030.

Prof. Ahmed El-Kased noted the university's efforts to develop its organizational structure to be more flexible and efficient, in addition to developing its financial and administrative systems. The university has already begun experimenting with administrative and financial restructuring of the work system across various faculties, departments, and university hospitals, explaining that investing in administrative personnel is an important element of development.

El-Kased added that the university seeks to provide a stimulating and positive work environment for employees in the administrative apparatus, which contributes to increased job satisfaction and productivity. This includes improving the services provided to them and meeting their needs.
