Prof. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, today received His Grace Bishop Benjamin of Menoufia, Father Paula Yacoub, Deputy Bishop of the Diocese, and their accompanying delegation to congratulate Prof. Ahmed El-Kassed and university staff on Eid Al-Fitr. The meeting was attended by Prof. Sobhi Sharaf, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Nasser Abdel Bary, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs.

The University President expressed his happiness with this visit and greeted them and their Coptic brothers. He hoped that mutual meetings would continue between the two parties on all occasions and holidays, affirming the spirit of national unity. He prayed that Egypt, its people, and the people of Menoufia Governorate would remain a leader in unity until the Day of Judgment, under the wise leadership of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.

The Bishop of Menoufia also emphasized his constant keenness to visit the university and congratulate the university family on all occasions and celebrations, extending his sincere congratulations on this auspicious occasion, wishing further development and prosperity for Menoufia University, and appreciating the efforts of the university president to develop the university and establish major projects that serve the people of the governorate and neighboring governorates in all fields of education, research, medicine, and community service.
